Navashaka Builders Private Limited

Navashaka Builders Private Limited is over in Nizampet Village. We have a ground floor space, G2, in the Sai Bhaskar Classic building. It’s on Road No. 7 in Balaji Colony. Nizampet has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up. We started here because there was a lot of new housing needed in this area. We handle the building side of things. It’s mostly residential work, helping people get their homes built. We have a small office, nothing flashy. Usually, there’s a lot of dust because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s a lot of practical work. Sometimes we’re at the office, but usually, we’re out at the plots on 36, 37, and 38. We like being on the ground floor because people can just walk in and ask questions. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and hope it speaks for itself. Problems happen, like the cement not showing up or a worker getting sick, but we just find a way around it. It’s a steady business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build good solid places for people to live in Nizampet. We take pride in seeing a family finally move into a place we finished.
