We set up shop at Rig No 1384 in Mahadevpurahcolony. It's tucked away in the Chargawan area. If you aren't looking for it, you might miss us. We mostly deal with textiles, which is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and checking looms. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space for the work we do. Some days it feels like we are drowning in thread and bobbins. We started Naraen Ten Textile because we knew the industry and had some space to work with. It's not a glamorous job. There is a lot of noise and the heat can get pretty bad during the peak of summer. We just keep the fans running and stay busy. Our neighbors are mostly other local businesses and residents, so we try not to make too much of a mess. Dealing with cloth means you're always cleaning up lint. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. It's just a few of us making sure the orders are packed and the quality is okay. It’s been a slow process building this up, but we’re still here. We don't promise anything impossible, we just do the textile work as honestly as we can. It’s a simple operation and that’s how we like it. We hope the stuff we make ends up being useful to someone somewhere.
