It’s a very humble setup, honestly. We don’t have a big sign outside or a glass front. It’s just a house where we do our business. This makes it feel very personal, and we often have people from the neighborhood just dropping by to ask about our township projects. We spend a lot of time looking at land layouts on the dining table or sitting in the small office room we’ve set up. It’s a family-like atmosphere, and we don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. If there’s work to be done, we stay late. If it’s quiet, we might have a longer lunch.
