We started Mystrex Developers Llp here in Old Alwal because we know this area like the back of our hands. Our office is at H No. 5 1012/2/2 in B R Ambedkar Nagar. It's not a big fancy place, just where we keep the files and talk to people who need things built. Usually, the mornings are quiet but things pick up when the site crews check in. We don’t have some big corporate goal or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done right so the structures stand up and people are happy with the house. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desk, but the actual building side of things is what we enjoy most. My cousin and I run the show mostly. We’ve seen how Alwal has changed over the years, with new roads and more houses popping up everywhere. It’s a busy part of town now. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. Building things takes time and there are always small problems that come up, like weather or material delays, but we just deal with them as they happen. If you walk past our place in Ambedkar Nagar, you might see us drinking tea outside or looking over some blueprints. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to keep working and providing for our families while helping neighbors get their projects finished without too much of a headache.
