Mvidh Constructions. Our office is located in Hafeezpet Village, at Manikanta Nilayam. We’re in Flat 102, which sits on Plots 48 and 49. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the area, but we like it. Hafeezpet still has that village feel even though the city is closing in on all sides. We mostly do local construction work. We aren't building giant skyscrapers; we focus on things like houses and smaller commercial spaces. The team is mostly made up of local guys who have been doing this since they were young. Our office isn't much to look at, just some posters on the walls and a few desks where we do the accounting and planning. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at the sites, so the office is mostly a place to cool off and handle the boring legal stuff. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw a building we finished down the street. We just try to be honest about costs and how long things will take. Sometimes we run behind because of the rain or a late supplier, but we always finish what we start. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. We’re just regular people trying to build decent stuff in our neighborhood without making a big deal out of it.
