Mutech Infra Projects Llp is located at H No: 9 4 132/8, up on the 3rd floor over in Mahboob Garden. It’s an older building, but it works for us. We do a lot of planning for local infra projects from this spot. The stairs can be a bit of a climb every morning, but it keeps us moving. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of maps of the local area. We don’t have a big reception area or a person in a suit greeting you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us on the phone or working through some numbers. Mahboob Garden is a decent place to be based; it’s got a bit of character. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just showing up and doing what you said you’d do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or checking on a site. We use a lot of simple tools and keep our overhead low. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to talk about a project. It’s a straightforward business, really. No need for fancy words or big promises we can't keep. We just work.
