Module Homes Private Limited is located in Shapur Nagar. Our office is on the third floor of the building right behind Sagar Restaurant. That’s usually how we tell people to find us, just look for the restaurant and go around the back. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of noise and people moving about. We focus on home building, mostly modular stuff which is where the name comes from. The third floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have some fans going. Our space is filled with samples of materials and photos of houses we’ve worked on. It’s not very polished, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We spend most of our morning answering emails and the afternoons are for meetings with contractors. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and word gets around. Shapur Nagar is a hardworking place, and we fit right in. There’s always someone popping in to ask a question about a renovation or a new build. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a go of it in the housing industry. We’ve been here at 32-15 for a while now and the neighborhood feels like home. It’s a noisy street but we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the shops around us. We just keep doing our thing.
