Secunderabad is a busy place to be, and being in the 500016 zip code means we are right in the middle of a lot of action. The building itself is called Anand Capital and it has quite a few offices inside. We are up on the fifth floor. It’s a decent space, nothing too over the top, just enough room for the team to sit and figure out the logistics for our infrastructure projects. Sometimes the elevator takes a minute if it's during the lunch rush, so we just wait or take the stairs if we're feeling active. Secunderabad has its own feel compared to the rest of Hyderabad, a bit more old-school in some parts which we like. We’ve got our files organized, or at least we try to, and the phones ring fairly often. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend our hours here looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. Being in Telangana has been good for the company and this office serves us well for what we need to get done. There is a small window in the corner that looks out over the street, and it’s a good spot to stand when you need a little breather. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the long afternoons set in.
