Working in infrastructure means we aren't always in the office; we're usually out where the actual work is happening, but this is our home base. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work close to where things are actually developing. There's no big marketing team here, just a few of us making sure the paperwork is filed and the workers are getting what they need. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn't.
