Our main office is at 1-148/96, Vindhya Shikara, in the Town Ship area of Kondapur Village. Kondapur has grown so much in the last few years, and being right here in the middle of it is quite something. We are a small construction firm. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. What you see is what you get. We spend our days managing various construction sites around the city. It’s a lot of work making sure the laborers are taken care of and the materials arrive when they should. Sometimes the weather in Telangana doesn't cooperate, especially during the heavy rains, and everything gets delayed. We just have to deal with it. At the Vindhya Shikara office, we handle the technical drawings and the budgeting. It is a noisy place sometimes with everyone talking at once. We like the energy of the Town Ship area. We are just common people who enjoy the process of building things from the ground up. We have had many long nights at the office trying to get things ready for a site inspection the next day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is our life. We keep things straightforward and try to avoid any unnecessary drama in our daily operations. It works for us.
