Sanath Nagar is where we set up our office, right at Plot No 20. It’s a straightforward location. We are Manojavam Constructions Llp. As the name says, we do construction. We build things. Usually, it’s houses or small commercial buildings. We aren't the biggest company around, but we stay busy enough. The office in Sanath Nagar is where we do all the planning. We have a big table in the middle covered in drawings and site measurements. It’s usually messy. There are always some samples of bricks or tiles lying around too. We’ve been working in this area for a good amount of time now. We know the local suppliers and where to get the materials we need for a fair price. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just talk about how to get the foundation right and making sure the roof doesn't leak. Some of us have been in construction for twenty years. Others are just starting out. We teach them as we go. Sanath Nagar is a busy place, and we fit right in. We’re usually at the office early in the morning before we head out to the sites. If the lights are on, someone is probably in there drinking coffee and checking the weather forecast. We just try to build things that will last a long time and make sure people can actually use them.
