We are located in Flat 108 of Apramay Homes, which you can find right by the Sri Enclave Arch in Nizampet. The address is Plot No. 14A and 16A, and we fall under the Bachupally Mandal area. Being in Rangareddi-500090 means we see a lot of new houses going up all the time. Mankoji Constructions Private Limited is what we call our little business. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day headaches of construction sites from this small office. The room is usually a bit messy with blueprints rolled up in the corners and samples of tiles or bricks sitting around. We aren't the type to have a polished reception area or a secretary greeting you. Most of the time, we are out on the field and only come back here to finish up the paperwork. It’s a growing neighborhood, so there’s always noise from some nearby construction, which I guess is fitting for us. We’ve learned that things rarely go perfectly in this line of work. There are always delays with supplies or weather issues that slow everything down. We just try to stay practical and deal with things as they come. It’s a simple life of managing projects and making sure things get built properly. We aren't doing anything fancy, just standard construction work for people who need it. It is hard work but we are used to it.
