This is basically a one-person show since it’s an OPC, so things are pretty direct around here. I spend a lot of time working out of this space, trying to get the hotel and resort side of things off the ground. It’s a lot of work for one person, honestly. I’ve lived around here for a while and setting up the business at this address just made sense. It’s not a huge corporate office or anything, just a quiet spot in Geeta Palli where I can focus. Dealing with the hospitality industry means there is always a lot to keep track of. One day I’m looking at guest lists, the next I’m worrying about maintenance stuff. Alambagh is a good spot because it’s so well connected, which helps when you’re trying to run a business. It can get noisy outside with the traffic, but inside it’s where I get the planning done. I didn't want a big flashy office in a mall. This feels more real. Sometimes friends or family drop by while I’m working. It’s just how things go when you’re starting out. I’m just trying to make a go of it here and see where it leads. It’s a lot of long hours but that’s just part of the deal. I hope to keep it growing bit by bit and see how it goes.
