M S R Infra Developers Llp is run out of Flat 204 in Sai Jyothi Palace. We're located in Officers Colony in Malkajgiri. It’s a quiet enough area, which is good when you need to focus on development plans. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work for ourselves. Being in an apartment building for an office keeps things simple and low-key. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, it's just one of us opening the door. We handle infrastructure projects around Hyderabad and Rangareddi. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual sites. Malkajgiri has its own vibe, and we’ve fit right in over the years. We aren't looking to become some giant firm. We just want to do good work on the projects we take on. Our desks are usually covered in maps and site photos. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're trying to solve a problem with a build. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We prefer talking plainly with our clients and partners. No need for complicated terms or sales pitches. We just tell people how it is and what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about building infrastructure.
