Luxuvia Constructions. Our office is tucked away in Nagaram at Flat 305 in S V Shantiniketa. It’s a quiet enough area in Venkatadri Nagar, which suits us just fine. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass skyscraper; we just work out of this flat and handle our construction projects from here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how the workers are doing at various sites. We spend a lot of time driving around the local neighborhoods. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the areas we’re developing. It gets a bit dusty with all the files, but we know where everything is. We’ve seen Nagaram change quite a bit since we started, and it’s interesting to be part of that growth. We mostly focus on residential buildings, trying to make sure everything is solid. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. It's just us working hard every day to get the walls up and the roofs on. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by for a chat, which is nice. It’s a local business feel through and through. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about the next project. It’s not fancy, but it is real work that we take seriously enough to stay busy all week long and do what we say we will.
