We are set up over at Plot No 258 in Ameenpur, which is part of the Miyapur area in Hyderabad. This part of the city has been growing so fast lately, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office at Lmr Builders is a pretty straightforward place where we handle the day-to-day tasks of our construction projects. There’s a lot of dust in the air because of all the new roads and buildings going up around us. We don't mind it much since it means there is plenty of work to do. Usually, the day starts with us checking on the workers and seeing if the trucks arrived with the bricks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking around sites and making sure things are being done the right way. The office is just a place to keep the rain off our heads and store our tools and papers. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have a few old chairs and a desk that has seen better days. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about what’s being built next. We know most of the local suppliers by name, and we’ve been working with the same group of guys for a while now. It’s just how we operate, staying local and keeping things simple. We don't need much more than a good plan and a few solid hands to get things done.
