Our place is over at Silver Springs Apartments, specifically in unit A2-509. We are located in Venkateshwara Nagar in the Chinthal area. It is a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a busy commercial block. We handle a lot of immigration and education documents here at Lenny Overseas Education & Immigration Solutions. Usually, the table is covered in folders and passport copies. There are a few of us who sit here and go through the different requirements for various countries. It’s a lot of reading and double-checking names and dates. Chinthal is a busy part of town, but our floor stays relatively quiet. We have a few chairs for visitors to sit while we look over their papers. Sometimes the printer gives us trouble, which is annoying when you're in a hurry. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. We’ve been working out of this apartment for a while now. It’s easier for us to stay focused here. We keep some snacks in the drawer for long afternoons. Most people who come to see us are looking to move or study somewhere else, so we spend a lot of time explaining the basic steps to them. It's a straightforward operation. We just do the work as it comes in. We like to keep things simple because the paperwork is already hard enough. It's just a regular office day for us.
