Landaro Homes India Private Limited

We have our office set up in Kundanbagh, Begumpet, inside the building at 6-3-1192/1/Ii. We actually use two flats, 405 and 407, so we have a bit of room to spread out our things for Landaro Homes India Private Limited. Begumpet is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore some days, but we like being in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of work dealing with homes and residential stuff. The office is usually cluttered with samples, floor plans, and a bunch of half-empty water bottles. We don’t have a big corporate feel here. It’s more like a group of people trying to make things work. We talk to a lot of families and individuals who are looking for a place. It involves a lot of listening and trying to match what they want with what is actually available. Sometimes we’re stuck in meetings for hours, and other times we’re just sitting quietly doing data entry. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The walls are a bit plain and we probably need to paint them, but we’re too busy with the actual work to worry about that right now. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind.
