You can find us over at Plot No.337 in the Matrusri Cooperative area of Miyapur. We are officially Lakshmiram Properties Private Limited. Our office is located on Survey No. 44/1 in Serilingampalli. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite a while now. We mostly deal with property matters, like buying and selling land or helping people with their plots. Miyapur has changed so much since we first started, with new buildings going up everywhere. Our office is a pretty simple place where we keep our records and meet people for a chat. We aren't a big, slick real estate agency with a hundred agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local land laws and where the good plots are. We spend a lot of our day walking around different sites or sitting in government offices waiting for paperwork. It can be a slow process sometimes, which gets frustrating for everyone involved. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or try to pressure people into things. We just tell them what we know about a piece of land and let them decide. We like being part of the community here and knowing our neighbors. It’s not a complicated business, just a lot of talking and checking documents. We just try to be helpful and get through the day’s work without too much trouble.
