Labha Developers Llp is based out of Bachupally, over in the Medchal district. You can find us at Praneeth Pranav Zenith, specifically in Flat 507. We chose this spot because Bachupally has been growing so fast lately, and it felt like the right place to set up shop. Most of what we do involves looking at land and figuring out how to build something useful on it. The office is quiet enough most mornings, which helps when we're trying to wrap our heads around new layouts. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure things move along. The view from the fifth floor is alright, you can see some of the new construction happening nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there’s a delay with materials or something else comes up that we didn't plan for. That's just how the building business works, I guess. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to get our projects finished without too much drama. If you’re ever in the Sy No 8 area, you might see us out on a site. We tend to stick to what we know and try not to make things more difficult than they need to be. It’s about getting the work done and moving to the next one.
