KVR Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is located in Miyapur, right near the Navata Transport landmark. We are on the 3rd floor of Lotus Enclave at plot number 24. Our office is in the 500049 area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of trucks and traffic, but it’s easy for people to find us. Managing and planning for our hotels and resorts all happens from this spot. It’s a pretty basic office setup, just a few rooms where we keep everything organized. Fancy signs and big lobbies aren't really necessary for us. It’s just us working through the daily chores of the hospitality industry. A lot of time is spent on the phone with our different properties making sure the supplies are delivered on time. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. Corporate talk isn't our style, and we don't try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do things right. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Knowing the other folks in Lotus Enclave makes it feel like a good community. Every day brings a new set of challenges, from maintenance issues to booking schedules. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things running smoothly. This is just a regular office day for us.
