We are based at Siri Homes, specifically D.No.7-11/S-204, which is in Shanker Nagar. Ksra Properties Private Limited is our name, and we've been in the Boduppal area for a while now. Being in Ghatkesar Mandal means we're a bit away from the main city rush, but it’s still plenty busy. Our office in Rangareddi-500092 is where we handle the property side of things. It’s a simple setup. We have a few desks, some chairs for when people come to visit, and a lot of paperwork. Managing properties is mostly about staying on top of the small details so they don't become big problems. We spend a lot of time on the road, checking on different sites around Peerzadiguda. It’s a lot of driving and talking. The weather in Telangana can be tough in the summer, but we just get on with it. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local company trying to do a good job. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many files on the go, but we eventually sort it out. People around here know us by now. We don't do much in the way of advertising, we just let the work speak for itself. It’s a decent life, and we like being part of the Shanker Nagar neighborhood. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just handle one task at a time until the day is done.
