Our office is tucked away in Dee Nagar, which is part of the Chintal area in Qutbhullapur. Specifically, we are at 6-20, a spot that most locals can find easily enough if they know the neighborhood. It’s not the easiest place to park a car, but we manage. Inside, it's mostly just a few desks and a lot of maps taped to the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at these maps of Hyderabad, trying to figure out where the next project should go. Dealing with avenues and land can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the rules and regulations you have to follow. We aren't big on fancy titles or wearing suits every day. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for walking around site locations. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We get a lot of people coming in with questions about their plots or just wanting to know what is happening in the local market. We don't have all the answers, but we tell them what we know. It is a bit cramped in here when everyone shows up at once, but it makes for a lively atmosphere. You get used to the sound of the ceiling fan clicking and the busy street noise outside. It is just a regular local business trying to get things right for the people who live around here.
