We are located at House No 2 in Balaji Nagar 1. It’s a straightforward location for Kottala Infra Llp. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a glass building. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Most people in Balaji Nagar 1 probably walk right past us without realizing we are managing infrastructure projects from inside. We like it that way. It keeps things quiet so we can focus. There are usually three or four of us around, talking about project timelines or looking at cost sheets. It isn't glamorous work. It involves a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking in on how the ground work is progressing. We’ve lived and worked in this area for quite some time now. We know the local roads and the people. When we take on a project, we are thinking about how it fits into the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We build and we develop. That’s it. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, and we just deal with it. It’s all part of running a business in this part of town. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time. If you need to find us, we are just the second house on the street. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. We don't need much else besides our desks and our site boots.
