Kotlu Constructions has been operating out of Erragadda for quite some time. You can find us at 8-4-549/30 in Nethaji Nagar. We are a local construction company, which basically means we spend our time around bricks, sand, and cement. It’s a family-style setup here, and most of our workers have been with us for years. We do a lot of residential work, helping people build their homes or fixing up older places in the neighborhood. Erragadda is a crowded area, so getting trucks in and out with materials is always a bit of a puzzle that we have to solve. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our signs on a site or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just focus on building things solid. It’s a noisy, messy job, but there’s something nice about seeing a wall go up straight. We stay pretty busy throughout the year, though the monsoon season usually slows us down a bit. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just builders who know the local area and how to get a structure finished. If you walk through Nethaji Nagar, you’ll probably see one of our sites with the guys hard at work, just getting things done like we always do. It's hard work but it's what we know and we enjoy seeing the finished house.
