KLR DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Bapujinagar. We have our office in Flat No.402 at OM Residency, which is located on Plot No.54&59 in Sanjeevaiah Nagar. It’s a local setup, nothing too fancy at all. We’ve been working in the developer business for a while now. Most of our time is spent looking at sites and making sure the construction is moving along. We don’t have a dedicated PR team to write these things, so it’s just me typing this out. Being in Sanjeevaiah Nagar is convenient because we are close to our ongoing projects. The building we are in, OM Residency, is a familiar landmark for us. We handle all the typical developer duties, from buying land to overseeing the final touches on a building. It can be a bit stressful when things don't go to plan, but that’s just part of the job. We are a private limited company, but we still feel like a small local team. We know the area around Bapujinagar quite well and have seen it change over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but seeing a project come together is always worth it. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the Hyderabad real estate market. We take it one project at a time.
