KDR Projects is based over in Patigadda, which is part of the Begumpet area here in the city. Our address is 1-8-318/1, and it’s a fairly central location to work from. Begumpet can get really crowded with traffic, so we usually try to get into the office early to beat the rush. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and handle our business. There’s usually a lot of talk about contractors and timelines going on throughout the day. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or use a lot of big business words. We’re just a small group trying to make sure our projects get finished without too many problems. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, especially when multiple things are happening at once, but that’s just how it is in this industry. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We like being in Patigadda because it’s close to everything we need. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to check on progress at various sites. We don't have a big marketing department, so we just rely on people knowing us from the work we’ve done before. It’s a straightforward way to run a company, and it suits us just fine.
