We run Kancharapu Infrastructures Privatelimited from our place at Plot No 88/C in Shapurnagar, which is part of the Quthubullapur area. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here, and we fit right in with the rest of the working businesses. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it is just a functional spot where we handle the books and talk to our foremen. We do a lot of the essential infrastructure work that keeps the city growing. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls to check on equipment deliveries and labor shifts. We don't believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. Construction is about having the right materials and the right people at the right time. Sometimes things break down or the weather doesn't cooperate, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s the reality of the business. We’ve been in Shapurnagar long enough to know the local suppliers and how to get things moved around the city efficiently. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job and keeps its promises. If you come by the plot, you’ll probably see us arguing over a schedule or checking a shipment of steel. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do. We just keep working hard and trying to stay ahead of the next deadline.
