We are located over at number 256 in Karthikeyanagar, right in the Nacharam area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a bit now. Our main thing is developing infrastructure. That means a lot of time spent on dusty sites and even more time stuck in traffic getting between them. The office is where we handle the paperwork and meet with people to discuss the next steps for whatever we are building. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t go in for fancy furniture or anything that doesn’t serve a purpose. We’ve got a core group of people who know how things work in Nacharam and the surrounding areas. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we run into a wall with some regulation or another. That's just part of being a developer. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just look at the plans and see what can be done with the budget and the time we have. Karthikeyanagar is a solid place to be. We like the local vibe here. Most of our days are long, starting early and ending well after the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the building part and try not to get too distracted by all the other noise. If you’re around Nacharam, you’ve probably seen us or our trucks around.
