Jeep Bistro Private Limited

Jeep Bistro Private Limited is located at Plot No-68 in Srinivasa Colony, over in the Boduppal area. We wanted a place where people could just come and sit for a while without feeling rushed. The name comes from a bit of an obsession with old vehicles, though we mostly focus on the food and coffee these days. It’s a modest setup in Block II, and we did most of the painting and decorating ourselves. You can probably tell because some of the edges are a bit crooked. We’ve had a few issues with the plumbing in the past, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise that we can’t seem to fix. But the atmosphere is usually pretty relaxed. We get a lot of locals who live in Boduppal coming in for a quick snack or to hide away from the sun for an hour. We don’t have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to a few things we know how to make properly. The staff is mostly young people from the neighborhood who are working their way through school. Sometimes we run out of chairs when it gets busy on the weekends, so people just stand around and talk. It’s not a polished corporate cafe, just a local bistro where the coffee is hot and the seats are reasonably comfortable. We’re just glad to be part of the colony.
