We are Janaki Realtors Private Limited, located over in Rangareddy at the Chalimeda building. It's on the third floor, Sy No-93/B. To be honest, it’s a typical office setup where we deal with real estate matters for the local community. It’s a bit of a drive depending on where you're coming from in Telangana, but we've been here a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep up with the property market in the district. Some days are packed with meetings and others are just spent filling out forms and checking records. We deal with lots of different people looking for homes or land. The address can be a little confusing if you’re not used to the local numbering system, but we’re in the D No. 02-54/4 area. Working in real estate means you see a lot of changes in the landscape. We’ve seen Rangareddy grow quite a bit over the last few years. It keeps us busy. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about buying or selling. It's a practical business. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. That’s how we spend our weeks. If you see the Chalimeda sign, you’ve found us. Just head up to the third floor. Someone is usually around until the early evening.
