Our office is located at D.NO.9-99/5 in S.V. Nagar. It’s part of Nagaram Village, which falls under Keesara Mandal in the Medchal area. JAITHRA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a local outfit. We’ve been working out of Rangareddi for a good while now. It’s a bit outside the main city rush, which we actually prefer. The pace in 500083 is a bit more manageable for us. We focus on construction projects nearby. It's not a flashy setup. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around from different sites. Construction is a messy business, but we enjoy the process of seeing a building go up from nothing. We know the people in Nagaram and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the village and the mandal. We don't spend money on fancy ads. We’d rather just put that into the tools and the materials. Telangana is seeing a lot of growth, and we are just trying to do our part in Medchal. There are days when things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain stopping work, but we just deal with it. It’s honest work and it keeps food on the table. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and we stick to what we know. If you’re in S.V. Nagar, you might see us around at the office.
