We’ve been operating from this house-turned-office for a while now. It feels a bit more like a home than a corporate building, which is fine by us. We mostly deal with property development in this part of town. There is a lot of building going on nearby, so it stays busy. We spend our time checking on sites and meeting with people who are looking for a place to build. Our office is often a bit messy with site plans and old tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big fancy website or a lot of promotional materials. Most of the people we work with come to us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple way to work. We just focus on the land and the buildings. Sometimes the weather makes the roads to the sites pretty muddy, but that is part of the job. We are just regular people trying to make a living by building things in Peerzadiguda. We have been at H No 5-120/1 for a few years and the neighborhood has changed a lot since then.
