Ichor Clinical Research Private Limited is situated out at Survey No 34 in Cheryal village. It is right beside Geetanjali college, which makes it easy to find if you are heading out towards Keesara. It is a bit of a drive from the main center of Hyderabad, but we like that it is a little quieter out here compared to the city. The air feels a bit different when you get past the heavy traffic. Our building is functional and sits on a decent piece of land where there is enough room for everyone to park their bikes or cars without any trouble. Since we are involved in clinical research, we have to keep things fairly orderly inside, but it still has that local feel to it. You will see people in lab coats or carrying clipboards walking around the halls. We don't have a bunch of marketing people or a fancy PR department. Most of us are just focused on the data and the samples we work with every day. It is a practical environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand rather than looking flashy. Sometimes the village surroundings mean we deal with the occasional power cut or a slow internet connection, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a steady place to work, and being near the college means there is always a bit of life around the area.
