Hokichef Services Private Limited is basically just us working out of Aditya Imperial Heights in Hafeezpet. Our office and kitchen are in unit H1305. It’s a busy spot right by the Manjeera Pipeline Road, so there is always traffic and noise outside. We spend our days planning out food services and making sure everything is ready for our clients. We aren't a huge catering company with hundreds of people; we are a small team doing the work ourselves. The kitchen gets pretty crowded when we are prepping for a big order, but we have a system that works. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, pack, and get things delivered. Most of our time is spent washing vegetables, checking the ovens, and making sure the supplies are stocked up. Hafeezpet is a fast-paced neighborhood and we try to keep up with it. We don't have a big storefront for people to visit. We mostly handle things over the phone or through messages. It’s a practical business run by people who actually like being in the kitchen. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a timer going off too late, but we fix it and keep going. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the food is decent. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
