Our office is over in RTC Colony, right in the Parvathapur area of Medipally. We’ve been operating Heavenx Trading India Private Limited out of this plot for some time now. It's a quiet neighborhood compared to the city center, which we like for our day-to-day work. We spend most of our time dealing with different types of trading goods. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and keeping track of what’s in stock in the warehouse. The building isn't anything special, just a solid place to get work done and store our records. We started this because we knew a bit about how the markets work in the Medchal area. Most days involve a lot of checking ledgers and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes the road a bit messy for the trucks, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team here. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from answering the phone to checking the inventory. We don't use much fancy software, just what we need to keep things organized. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s easy to find once you get into the colony. We’ve grown to know the neighbors around here pretty well over the years. It’s a decent place to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day without making a fuss.
