Since it’s a food and beverage business, things move fast. We can't afford to sit around much. It's a lot of physical work too, moving boxes or checking quality. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly stick to what we know works. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Sometimes we have a lot of stuff piled up near the entrance, but we try to keep it tidy. It's just a few of us running the show. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work right and keep our customers satisfied without any drama. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
