Gustomed Pharmaceutical Private Limited is out in Ghatkesar, specifically at Plot No 7 NP in the DBR Colony on the main road. Being on the main road makes it easy for transport, which is helpful for what we do. Hyderabad is a big place, and Ghatkesar is a bit of a distance from the city center, but we like it here. The office is a basic setup. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of shelving for all the documents we have to keep track of. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There are piles of folders and the occasional stray tea cup. We are just a local team working through the daily tasks of the pharma world. Some of us have been here since the start. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to get done every morning. The main road can be noisy with trucks passing by, but it’s part of the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of boring, repetitive work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just run the business from this plot in DBR Colony and keep things moving as well as we can.
