You can find us at F.No 301, which is in the 1-10-341 building in Brahmanwadi. Being in Begumpet is actually pretty convenient because it’s central, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We do impex work from this small office. It’s a third-floor spot, so we get a decent view of the street below. There are just a few of us working here. It’s not a big corporate setup with a receptionist and all that. We usually just answer the phones ourselves and handle the documents as they come in. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs stuff or talking to transport companies. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We’ve been in Brahmanwadi long enough to know where the best tea is and which roads to avoid during rush hour. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. We just do our thing and try to stay organized. It’s honest work. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paper, but that’s just how this business is. We like being in Begumpet; it feels like the heart of the city. We just keep moving forward, handling one shipment at a time. It’s a simple life for us here in the office. It keeps us occupied and the days go by fast.
