If you're looking for us, we're at Plot No 413, Flat No 302 in Samruddhi Heights, Matrusri Nagar, Miyapur. Gruhitha Realtors Private Limited is a small company. We’ve been in Miyapur for a while and have seen it grow quite a bit. Our office is on the third floor, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level. We do a lot of work with apartments and local housing plots. It’s a lot of walking through half-finished buildings and checking on construction progress. We aren't the type to wear fancy suits; we’re usually in something comfortable for being out on sites. The work is mostly about making sure all the legal bits and pieces are in order. It’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but it’s important. We have a lot of files piled up on the desks and the printer is always making some kind of noise. It’s a real working office. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just take each day as it comes and try to help the people who walk in with their questions. Miyapur is a good place to be, with lots of new families moving in. We just stay busy with the local market and try to be useful to our neighbors. It’s just how we operate and we like it that way.
