Gem-Ruby Hospital. Our hospital is located over in Miyapur, right on Plot No:290 in Hafeezpet Village. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re familiar with this side of Hyderabad. We’ve been operating here for a while, dealing with all sorts of patients coming through the doors every day. The building is functional and stays busy from early morning until late at night. There’s always a bit of noise from the street, but once you’re inside, things get a bit more focused. We have different departments, though we don't like to make things sound more complicated than they are. The nurses and doctors are usually running around between rooms. We handle everything from basic checkups to more serious stuff that requires a stay. Hafeezpet is a growing area, so we see a lot of new faces along with the regulars who live just down the road. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, especially on Monday mornings. We try to keep things moving so nobody is sitting around too long. It’s not a five-star hotel, it’s a hospital. We focus on the medical side of things and making sure people get seen. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so it feels like a local effort. We just do our jobs and try to make sure everyone who walks in gets the attention they need. There’s plenty of hospitals in Hyderabad, but we just try to do our own thing right here in Miyapur. Every day brings something different.
