We aren't a big, corporate developer with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that works out of this house. The rooms are filled with samples of materials and folders for different projects we’re working on. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially when we have visitors over to discuss their plans. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people in the neighborhood knowing who we are. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different contractors and making sure things are moving along at the sites. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes it gets stressful, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just try to do a good job on the houses we work on. It’s a very honest and straightforward way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it like this for years now.
