We operate Fsme Industrial Parks Llp from H.No.26.4.1052 in BV Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area to have an office. We spend our time looking at industrial spaces and figuring out how to make them work better for people. It’s not the kind of thing you can do from a fancy skyscraper, so we like being here in the neighborhood. The office is basically just a room with some maps and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out looking at different sites. BV Nagar is a decent place to be based because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We aren't a huge firm, just a few of us who understand how industrial parks should be laid out. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years, and we just try to keep up with the rules and the needs of the businesses we work with. There isn't any secret to it, just a lot of checking details and making sure the permits are in order. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing us out at the parks. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to work Sundays too, but only if something is really urgent.
