Our small team works out of Flat G5 in Emerald Heights, right across from Comfort Heights in Nizampet. It is a regular apartment that we turned into our main office and workspace. We don’t have a fancy glass front or a big reception desk. Most days, you will find a few of us sitting around a large table covered in papers and sample containers. The kitchen area is where the real work happens. It stays pretty busy from early morning until late in the evening. We deal with a lot of different food items and trying to keep everything organized is a daily struggle. Hyderabad can get very hot, so we have a couple of noisy fans that never seem to stop. The traffic outside on the Nizampet road is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns by now. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just us trying to make sure the food we produce is what people expect. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so they end up stacked in the hallway. It’s not the most polished looking place, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to delivery drivers and checking on supplies. It’s a lot of routine stuff that doesn't sound very exciting, but it’s what keeps the business going. We just show up and do the work every single day.
