Firstwin Properties is based out of Plot 108 in the Vokshit Enclave. You have to go inside Balaji Layout in Gajularamaram to find us. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes sense since we deal with properties. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites looking at land and buildings. The office is really just a home base for us to meet up and sort out the paperwork. There are maps on the walls and plenty of files stacked up. We aren't those loud sales people you see on TV. We’re just local folks who know the Hyderabad real estate market pretty well. Sometimes we’re stuck in traffic for half the day trying to get from one side of Rangareddi to the other. That’s just part of the job. It can be frustrating when a deal falls through at the last minute, but we just move on to the next one. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we talk to. No big promises, just showing what’s available. The office can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but we don't mind. We've been in this layout for a bit and it's nice to see how the neighborhood is growing around us. It's just a regular small business trying to do things right in a busy city. We hope that being around for a while helps people feel a bit more comfortable when they stop by to chat.
