First Meridian Realty Private Limited

Our little office is at 1-7-44/7 in Srinivas Nagar Colony, right near the temple in Alwal. First Meridian Realty Private Limited is basically just us doing the daily grind of the real estate world. Alwal is a nice part of town, it feels a bit more traditional than the newer parts of the city. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they saw the sign while walking to the temple. We spend most of our time dealing with residential properties around here. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking on site boundaries. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, that’s life here. We don't have any fancy marketing plans. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us already. The office is small and gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the area well. We handle the registrations and the various checks that need to happen before a house changes hands. It’s practical work. We like the neighborhood and the people in it. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a piece of land or a rental. We just try to give them a straight answer without any unnecessary fuss or long waits.
