Fido Property Private Limited is based out of Sy No 52, which is right opposite to the Andhra Bank in Miyapur. Being across from the bank makes it really easy to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. Miyapur is a loud, energetic part of the city, and our office sits right in the thick of it. We deal with property matters all day long, mostly for people looking at things in this specific neighborhood. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we make it work. The traffic outside can be a headache during rush hour, so we usually tell people to come by in the late morning when it’s a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in the city or anything. We just like being in Miyapur because everything is close by. Most of our day is spent looking at land records or chatting with people about the new developments nearby. If you’re ever near the Andhra Bank, you’ll probably see our door. We keep things informal and honest. It’s just how we prefer to run the place. No fancy suits, just everyday clothes and a lot of talk about local real estate.
