We are based in F-307, which is in Hamees Block III of the Nagarjuna Homes. The address covers SY NO. 76 & 77 along Nizampet Road in Kukatpally. The company is FENSTAR BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, 500085, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We chose this spot because it’s central to a lot of the work we do. Our office is more of a practical workspace than a showroom. We have maps on the walls and samples of materials scattered around on the floor. It gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but usually, most of us are out on various sites around Kukatpally. We handle the technical side of building and construction. It's a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure everything fits together as it should. We aren't really into big marketing slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We just focus on getting the jobs finished on time. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to beat a deadline before the rain starts. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on deliveries that should have been here hours ago. We’ve been in Nagarjuna Homes for a while now and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It’s just how the building life is, and we don't mind the long hours as long as the work is actually getting done right.
