Farmer Factory Private Limited is located at Door No-9/SP in IDA Uppal. Being in an industrial development area means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and warehouses. It’s a busy, gritty kind of place. We deal with the supply chain for farms. Our address in Lakshmi Narayana Colony puts us right in the middle of the action. It is not a quiet office job. There is usually the sound of trucks or machinery somewhere nearby. We spend our days coordinating between what the farms need and what the suppliers have. Sometimes we are moving equipment, other times it’s seeds or fertilizers. It varies a lot. We don't have a polished image. Our boots are usually a bit dirty, and there’s always a pile of invoices on the desk that needs sorting. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the "factory" side of farming keeps running. Agriculture needs a lot of inputs, and we are the ones who try to get them to the right place. Uppal is a good spot for this because it’s easy for the big vehicles to get in and out. We work long hours, especially when the planting season starts.
