Right across from Rajeev Gandhi Nagar in Bachupalli, you'll find our office. We are at Satyam Valley in the Simclair building, Plot No 13/A. Emr Constructions Private Limited is just us doing construction work in this part of Hyderabad. Bachupalli has changed so much lately with all the new apartments and roads. We are right in the thick of that. We aren't some big corporate entity with a fancy lobby. Our space is just where we manage the business and talk to our workers. Most days we are out at different sites making sure things are moving along. It can get pretty tiring with the traffic and the dust, but that’s just construction for you. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just take the work we get and try to finish it. We’ve been at Hno: 3-3-/31 for a bit now. It’s a good spot because we can reach most parts of the city from here in 500090. People around Satyam Valley know us. We try to keep our feet on the ground and stay realistic about deadlines and costs. Building things is complicated and there are always surprises. We just handle them one by one. It’s a local business run by local people who know the area well. We don't do much advertising. We just rely on the work we’ve already done. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work.
